By road, expect a full day (around 7 to 8 hours) via Voi and Emali. By train, the 8:00 inter-county service reaches Emali around 12:36 on the current Kenya Railways timetable (confirm before you book), where your driver-guide meets you and takes you to the park. Evening arrival at your camp.

Dawn game drive for Kilimanjaro and elephants, Observation Hill and an afternoon drive at the swamps.
- Day03
Second dawn
One more early drive, then free time or a Maasai community visit. Overnight in Amboseli.
- Day04
Return to the coast
Dawn game drive then the long drive back to Mombasa, or onward to Nairobi.
